Sales manager

We are an English Teaching Company looking for a Manager here in Medellin You must speak English at the B2 (Intermediate level) or higher. This is not an office job or a full time because our employees work from their homes, their other jobs or from wherever they choose. If you enjoy the freedom and comfortability of workout side an office then we are that type of company. We obtain English teaching contracts and send teachers to the location to give classes. It is as simple as that. If you enjoy Sales and Management then consider this available position because it is unlike any other in Colombia. Direct Commission pays 10% of all contracts. We operate on a system of continuous residual commissions. Meaning you receive the commission every month for as long as the contract lasts. Not only once time. A salary of $ 800,000 - 1,200,000 will be added after a proven track record. • MUST be able to manage people. • MUST have background in sales. • Be Enthusiastic and Self-Motivated, Idea oriented with excellent communication skills. • Be responsible • effectively deliver a compelling presentation. • Work directly with company owner. RESPONSIBILITIES will include but are not limited to: • Must communicate with owner and other management. • Complete the daily, progress report. • Assist in building the ''English teaching market'' • Hire, motivate and train personnel. • Arrange and attend meetings. • Follow up and maintain a business relationship with current clients and potential clients through phone calls and e-mails. • Exact record keeping of all data.
